Coffee ain’t the best breakfast!
So many reasons why coffee isn’t the best breakfast or part of any good breakfast.
- It doesn’t give nutrients.
- It makes the liver work too hard to early
- it’s full of mycotoxins
- it alters the digestive pH
- it fools the body into thinking it‘s not hungry
- it creates a caffeine addiction and reduces the body’s use of its own wake-up hormones
Try tea, try water with lemon or raw apple cider vinegar. Even try maybe having a hardy breakfast. Give your body a break and save some money and enzymes and avoid the coffee!
